If  you're looking for a cheery place by the beach, this two bedroom, two bath villa is on the 1st level in the Atrium Villa complex and features a vibrant color scheme with grand views of the Atlantic Ocean.  Take advantage of the expansive deck for al fresco dining or simply relax and watch the natural beauty of Seabrook unfold before your eyes. 

Upon entering, you’ll immediately be impressed with the view.  You will find a fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and ample storage with additional seating for 2 at the bar.  To your right is the master bedroom with a King bed, sitting area for 2 and a sliding door which opens to the deck overlooking the ocean.  The master has an en suite bathroom and walk-in shower.

The dining area has a round table which accommodates 4 people and flows into the living room which has a full size leather couch, a large HDTV and sea grass rugs.  Enjoy the lounge chairs on the covered deck via another set of sliding doors.

Also off the living room is the second bedroom with 2 Queen beds, wall mounted HDTV, comfortable seating for 2 and deck access.  The guest bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower.

You will be able to catch both the sunrise and sunset at this fantastic location.  This villa is ideally situated across from the beach, pool, restaurants and Seabrook Shoppe and adjacent to the golf Pro Shop and  Seabrook Island Club house.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities:  outdoor, oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurants/bar, golf, tennis and Lake House indoor/outdoor pools and fitness center, are included in the rent.  Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

This villa is tastefully decorated:  vibrant and fun with easy access to many of the Club amenities.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
 
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
