Upon entering, you will notice the gleaming hardwood floors, high ceilings and the classy decor. Off the entry hall is a den with a sofa bed. It has a large wall mounted HDTV, window nook, and wet bar. There is a powder room off the hall also.
Continue into the home to the great room. Featuring an open dining/living area with cathedral ceilings and new furnishings, this room is a comfortable gathering space for you and your guests. The focal point in the living room is the wall of shelves, fireplace, and new HDTV (SMART TV with Blu-Ray player). Sliding doors lead to the large deck overlooking the lush maritime foliage that surrounds the home. The sunroom, just off the living room, provides extra away space for your guests. There is a full bath with hall access just steps away. It has a shower. On the other end of the upstairs hall is a loft area and another bedroom. The loft overlooks the great room below and offers a deck/printer for your computer, and seating for private conversation. There is a wall of shelves that slide to reveal a queen sized Murphy bed that easily folds down providing sleeping space for two guests! The bedroom is off the loft and features two queen sized beds, a window seat, and an en suite bath. This large room can accommodate 4 guests comfortably.

3009 Hidden Oak offers amenity cards which grant access to Seabrook Island Club facilities. Golf on the two championship golf courses, Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds, or play tennis on the 15 har-tru tennis courts in meticulous playing condition. The Beach Club (seasonal) has two beach-side swimming pools, plenty of seating and towel service. Just steps away is the Pelican's Nest restaurant/bar (seasonal) -- the perfect place for outdoor dining while watching the fishing boats and dolphins pass by. Seabrook also has an Equestrian Center that offers beach and trail rides for all level riders. Visit the community Lake House's outdoor pool (no fee) or the indoor pool and fitness center (fees apply).
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
*NEW- As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Coastal Getaways is including 2 passes per property at no charge to guests.
- Additional gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Remember – 2 passes are included in your rent. We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
