This home is surrounded by majestic live oaks softly draped with Spanish moss creating a lovely backdrop from every window.Upon driving into the Ocean Winds complex, you will notice the lovely Spanish influenced buildings. Park underneath and take the elevator to the second floor where you will overlook the landscaped courtyard accented with whimsical bronze statues of frogs and shore birds below. The Ocean Winds buildings have recently been renovated to include new patio tile, beautiful black railings and new outdoor furniture in the courtyard. The professionally decorated villa will impress from the minute you walk in. Gleaming hardwood floors, a beautiful painting, and a stylish chest gives you a glimpse of the special decor in this home. The original artwork on display throughout the villa has all been specially chosen to evoke the mode and feeling of each room. The living area features 9 foot beamed ceilings and a fireplace with a 65" SmartTV. Gather on the comfortable sofas in the living room and share conversation with your family and friends or watch a movie on the Blu-Ray player. There is a desk for your computer set off to the side. Double doors open to the sun room which has been cleverly arranged. On one side is an amazing reading nook. Shelves filled with over 300 books and regional cookbooks are within reach of two comfy reading chairs. Surrounded by windows, the lush landscape and fairway of the opening hole on Ocean Winds golf course provide a peaceful backdrop. The other side of the sunroom has a highly rated Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams sofa that opens to a queen bed. All the windows in the sunrooms are fitted with blinds and there is a curtain that can be pulled to provide additional privacy for guests using the sleeping nook. There is even a large dresser for your belongings.
When it is time to dine, share a meal and stories from your day around the table that seats six. Light from the sunroom and the glimmery chandelier brightens the space. **Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
This home is very nicely located near many of Seabrook Island's fine amenities. Ride your bike to the Beach Club pools, Island House or Pelican's Nest outdoor oceanfront restaurant, or the two championship golf courses, Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds. These amenities and the ocean is just 0.9 miles from the home; it won't take you long to have your toes in the sand. North Beach where you may catch the dolphin strand-feeding is a short 1.3 mile ride. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
