The reverse floor plan of this elevated home puts the main living areas on the top level to maximize the views. You'll enjoy beautiful golf course and lagoon views from the back of the home while you relax on the deck and screened porch. The open floor plan is terrific combining the great room, kitchen, dining room and lovely sitting area into one very large space brightened by a vaulted ceiling and walls of windows. The great room has a large sectional sofa, bookshelves full of interesting reads and a television. The spacious kitchen is nicely appointed with granite counters and stainless appliances featuring Kitchen Aide dual wall oven and microwave, Kitchen Aide built in refrigerator, Thermidor smooth cooktop, and Whirlpool Dishwasher. There are both Keurig and Cuisinart brew coffee makers as well.
The kitchen dining area is at the front of the home with seating for 6. The larger dining room is at the back of the home with seating for 8+ and has access to the screened porch with golf course views. Adjacent to the dining room is an additional sitting area with access to the deck. This is the perfect spot for curling up with a good book or playing family games. There is also a powder room on this level adjacent to the great room. You will have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy yourselves in this wonderful coastal home.
The master bedroom is on the upper level featuring a king bed, en suite bath with jetted tub and private deck. Downstairs on the first level are 4 additional bedrooms. Each guest room has a king bed with en suite access to a full Jack and Jill bath between them. There is also a television in each room. All levels are accessible by an elevator which is available for use upon request. There is a laundry room with full size washer/dryer on the first level for your convenience.
The lower level is also highlighted by a large den filled with cozy furniture and a television. The den also features access to a covered back deck with picturesque golf course views. Just across the street is Boardwalk #5 which will take you directly to the 3.5 miles of pristine Seabrook Island beaches. There is an elevator available upon request.

*As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
