On the second level are three bedrooms. The Master Suite is luxurious. Wake up to views of the ocean through the wall of windows across the master bedroom. With king size bed, mounted flat screen TV and fabulous bathroom - you may not want to get up. The master bath with dual sinks, separate shower and bathtub and an ocean view complete this suite. The large second bedroom has two queen size beds and a lovely view of the landscaped front yard. The adjoining bath (also accessible from the hall) featuring a black granite counter and large walk-in, tiled shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The hall bath is just steps away.
The first level of this home offers another family room with tile flooring, large flat screen TV, sitting area, game table and wall of windows/doors overlooking the expansive ocean view. The 4th bedroom has two rope hanging twin beds - perfect for the beach. A full bath with a shower/tub is next door. The large laundry area with full size washer/dryer and 2nd refrigerator complete this level. Step through the French doors to the covered porch. Play cards around the picnic table or enjoy lunch on this great porch. There is the outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
* As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
