509 Tarpon Pond is located mid-island on Seabrook and is conveniently located between the clubhouse and club pools, Pelican's Nest restaurant and the North Beach location.  Enjoy spectacular views of the 7th hole of Ocean Winds golf course while you relax in the sun room or catch some rays on the open deck.   

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage comfortably sleeps 8.  Inside the front entrance an open floor plan awaits with a vaulted ceiling in the living room area and the four season sun room beyond. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with natural lighting from the window above the sink.  Highlights include stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and Keurig coffee maker.  The dining room area seats 6.  

A special feature of this property is the 4 season sun room with both heat and a/c.  This spacious room is truly the heart of the home with wall to wall windows that highlight the golf course views. 

The master bedroom is on the main level with King bed , 32" Smart TV and en suite bath.  Two additional guest rooms are on the main level each with Queen size beds and 32" TV's with You Tube streaming.  These rooms share a full hall access bath.  There is a 4th guest room upstairs in the open loft with 2 Full beds.  There is a 50" television with You Tube streaming and an Xbox gaming system.

A stacked washer and dryer is also available for your convenience as well as a propane grill.  An outside shower is perfect for rinsing off those sandy toes.  

This property is dog friendly for up to (1) dog. Additional fees apply. 

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of  $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis.  Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).  Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
 
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
