Spectacular pond views from the large screened porch are one of the highlights of this bright and airy beach cottage. The owners have recently made updates to this Tarpon Pond including all new floors on the first level, (no carpeting), and new windows.The cathedral ceiling in the living room with the large sliding door to the screened porch create a light, bright and open gathering place to enjoy the 55-inch HDTV. The first floor continues to include the open dining area with a table that seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped, (including Keurig and/or Mr. Coffee machines), for all your food prep and dining needs. Sip cool drinks on the large screened porch while watching the wildlife on the lagoon. Play a card game around the dining room table that seats 6, with an additional table for 4 downstairs.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, HDTV, and full en-suite bathroom with a shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. It shares a full bathroom with the 3rd bedroom which has 2 twin beds. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub. A full size washer and dryer complete the main floor. Head upstairs to the loft. Boasting the best pond view, this open loft has a comfortable queen size sofa bed, another separate sitting area with a day bed, desk, and a spacious full bath with a great shower.
The cottage has many extras including 4 bikes, multiple beach chairs, coolers, and beach cart. There is also a large gas grill. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience (please bring your own beach towels).
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
