This bright and cheery cottage has a sunny front porch entry. When you step inside you will notice the many nice updates. Enjoy the company of your family and friends while gathering in the inviting living area. New furnishings offer a comfortable space family room with large sectional sofa to relax while watching shows on the large wall mounted HDTV. Check out the cabinet for Games, and puzzles for those stay in rainy days. Step out on to the spacious screened porch to share conversation while gathered around the table for four or in the seating area. The dining area has a table that comfortably seats 6. Nearby is the fully stocked kitchen. The property has Xfinity Gigabit Internet with blazing fast WIFI in case you have to take a working vacation.

Business Suite (in the loft) including the following Sitting/Standing desk, 32 Monitor, Docking station, wireless keyboard and mouse, webcam, and wireless headset plus HP printer and Scanner.

JBL Charge 5.0 Wireless Speaker and (2) Motorola H2O Walkabout radios to stay connected.


ACCOMODATIONS: There are three bedrooms and a loft offering sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests. The master bedroom is off the living room and has a king bed, SmartTV  and en suite bathroom. The master bath has a shower and tile flooring. There are two bedrooms and a full hall bath off a hall on the opposite side of the living room. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with ROKU Smart TV. The kids will love sleeping in the twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Head upstairs to the loft to read, and relax and while lounging on the day bed.  This room is open to the living area below, and can accommodate 2 additional guests on the day bed and trundle bed underneath. 

This property has the best underneath outdoor living space of any property in the Tarpon Ponds community. Outdoor dining space, lounge space, double hammock, gas fire-pit and gas grill on the outdoor deck. Your adventures await to explore the island and head to any of Seabrook Island's 3.5 miles of sandy beaches.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for rental gate passes:

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

  • MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass:     3
  • The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths,  boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Up to (2) dogs welcome to join with additional fees per dog to apply.

This home is so close to everythingAmenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
