The perfect beach getaway, 706 Spinnaker will delight!  This bright, cheerful, and perfectly situated 3-bedroom end unit invites you to relax and enjoy the best Seabrook Island has to offer. 


Location, location, location. From your front door, it’s just moments until you can be on the beach, in the pool, driving balls at the range, playing on one of the two Championship courses, or multiple dining options just outside the door.  Amenity cards are included.


Settle into the wicker armchairs on the top deck overlooking the ocean as you contemplate what lies ahead for the day.  Plan for dinner on the grill as you relax on the front deck as you’re entertained by flocks of pelicans patrolling the waters, fishing boats returning home each evening, all framed by the colors of the setting sun. Welcome in the balmy nights with conversation, games, or a good book as you sink into the lounge area in the screened room. And when you’re finally ready to come in, the huge tv in the family room stands ready for movie night!


On the first floor is a bright, sun-soaked great room overlooking the water with cathedral ceilings and plenty of space for everyone.  The adjacent dining area seats six.  The first-floor king bedroom, which opens up to the screened room, has a work desk, tv, and reading nook – 1GB high speed WIFI is included for those who have to break away for work.  The cheerful kitchen includes a central island and two stools—perfect for morning coffee.

Upstairs, the bright queen bedroom has a private deck with the best views of the ocean.  The second bedroom with a queen bed and deck welcomes children and adults alike with a friendly sea animal motif.  Two full bathrooms, space for two cars (one covered) parking spaces and room for your bikes and gear below make this the perfect beach retreat.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis.  Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
