Cross the street to Pelican Beach to catch the sunset, or stroll just past the Beach Club to North Beach for wide stretches of sand, ocean waves, tide pools, and dolphins! The Golf Club is literally in your backyard, offering two championship courses, casual drinks at Bohicket Lounge, and fine dining at the Palmetto Room. This is one of the best locations on Seabrook Island!
Enter this villa's open floor plan and immediately notice the attention to detail. Once inside you'll notice this property has beautiful panoramic views of Crooked Oaks' 18th green and the gentle lagoon running alongside. You will find beadboard vaulted ceilings, LVP flooring, ceiling fans, and floor to ceiling windows! The great room is furnished for relaxation with a comfortable and cozy beach vibe. A 75” Smart TV lets the family gather to watch their favorite team or stream a movie. The dining area seats six comfortably, with breathtaking views of the golf course and the magnificent live oak just outside. Two bar stools allow for additional seating at the breakfast bar, or a great place to share a cocktail while preparing dinner. Both the living and dining areas are flooded with light by the large walls of windows lining the great room. Listen to the birds and notice all the native animals who live and play in the lagoon - you might even spot an alligator! Cooking meals will never seem like a chore in the well stocked kitchen, tastefully appointed with white shaker cabinets, quartz counters, tiled backsplash, and new stainless steel appliances.
The guest bedroom is located on the first level of this villa, furnished with two comfortable double beds. A sliding door leads out to the front deck and fills the room with natural light. A full hall bath is just outside the bedroom, with a soaking tub, tile shower, quartz vanity, and high-end fixtures. The laundry room has a full-sized stacked washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board.

The room features a king size bed, cozy reading nook, 55” Smart TV, and a private deck overlooking the gorgeous scenery. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
In the event that the Mayor of Seabrook Island issues a mandatory evacuation, a prorated refund will be provided for the nights affected. Please note that this policy applies only to official evacuation orders and does not cover other weather-related travel disruptions. To protect your trip against unforeseen weather events, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance
