Come relax in the stunning, totally renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Spinnaker! This entire villa been nicely refreshed and updated in tasteful neutral, beach colors perfect for the island feel!  Walk into a lovely, open-planned living and dining room with high ceilings and full-length windows that give the space an airy, beachy feel. 

The bright living area has plenty of seating for everyone. The sofa even opens into a queen-sized bed to accommodate additional guests. Settle in at night and watch TV, a DVD or cable for entertainment. A dining table seats six and looks out on one of several porches with seating and breathtaking views of the fairways. The fireplace, unfortunately is not in functioning condition.
 
To the left of the entrance sits a large, fully stocked kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new dishes, glasses, and more! Off the kitchen is a screened-in porch with seating for six so you can enjoy meals while listening to the waves of the ocean. There is a gas grill on the deck for barbecuing. Adjacent to the kitchen and the porch is the downstairs, second bedroom, which includes a queen-sized bed plus a twin bed and mounted flat screen TV. A full bathroom with tiled tub/shower combination is next door.
 
Upstairs is the master bedroom with king-sized bed, mounted large flat screen TV, sitting area and a balcony on either side to enjoy the view. A full bathroom with walk-in shower and large closet is adjoining.
 
This beach villa is perfectly located to take full advantage of all of Seabrook's delights. A short hop across the street from the beach and close to the Clubhouse for golf, the Pelican's Nest restaurant and the main pool, this villa is perfect for a family looking for a great week in the Charleston area.
 
 Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis.  Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).  Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

We are a dog friendly villa so you are welcome to bring up to (1) dog along with you to Seabrook.  An additional fee will be added if you are bringing your dog.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
