The living/family room has plenty of comfortable seating with a 55" HDTV. Adjacent to the family room is the dining area with seating for 6 and is open to the kitchen. There are 2 counter height chairs for additional seating at the breakfast bar. You'll appreciate the well appointed, fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and regular brew coffee pot.
There is a guest room on the first floor 2 Queen beds. Other highlights include Netflix and deck access. There is a hall access full bath with tub/shower combo and hair dryer. The master bedroom with a new king bed is on the second level with access to a private deck with golf course views and HDTV w/Netflix. The master bath is en suite with single vanity, tub/shower combo and hair dryer.
A stacked washer/dryer is available for your convenience. Out on the main deck there is a dining table with umbrella and a gas grill below for bbqing. This home is also welcomes up to (1) dog - additional fees to apply.
Relax on the decks with gorgeous golf course and lagoon views. Walk the 3.5 miles of beach or bike to the Racquet Club for a game of pickleball or tennis. Play a round of golf or just take relax and let the gentle ocean breeze help you unwind. Whatever favorite beach activities you choose, you are off to a great start at 741 Spinnaker Beach House!
** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards to the Club are included in the rent.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
