New owners have updated the villa!!!! It is beautiful!  Everything has been painted, popcorn ceilings scraped and replaced, new furniture, ceiling fans, decks and more!  767 Spinnaker is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa that you can enjoy with your family and your dog and is located close to the beach.  This unit has brand new decks as well as a screened porch off the kitchen that is the perfect place to dine al fresco.  Make yourself right at home in the cozy open floor plan.  A large, fully stocked kitchen with 2 bar stools makes a nice spot to gather. A separate dining room will accommodate additional seating for 6.  Relax in the living room area with the new sectional sofa and a 50" HDTV with basic Xfinity plus ROKU for your entertainment. 

The master bedroom is on the first level with a king size bed, a TV with ROKU  and access to the screened in porch. The updated bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a new heated light/fan.  Upstairs, the guest bedroom has all new flooring!  There are 2 Double (Full) beds and a ROKU TV, with a beautiful new vanity in the en suite bathroom with new lighting and flooring. 

Play a round of golf, or just come. relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Seabrook Island.  This is a wonderful villa just a short walk to the Club pools and your toes in the sand.

Owner will allow (1) hypo-allergenic, non-shedding dog. Additional fee applies.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. 
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
 Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent! These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf, tennis, and pickleball.  Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).  


Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

 

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
