As you enter this desirable end unit you will be greeted by spectacular golf course views from the beautiful picture windows.  This house is full of natural light and you will love it's inviting and  casual layout.   This cozy two levels of living space is the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and enjoy island life...dogs includes. You will love the easy going vibe, comfortable bedrooms, and amazing golf course views.   

This light filled, beautifully decorated beach home has comfortable living spaces to unwind...a lovely living room and sunroom (with day bed and a trundle). The sliding doors to the screened porch where sunlight filters through the trees creates its own relaxing space as you sip cool drinks and unwind from a fantastic day at the beach!   In the dining area, your friends and family can gather around the island table that has seating for 6 - perfect for sharing stories from your day. The nearby kitchen has a well stocked kitchen ready to prepare those gourmet meals.  On the first level, the guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds.  A trundle bed in the sunroom, open to the kitchen, can accommodate additional guests.  Head to the second floor primary bedroom which has a King bed with access to an en suite bathroom.   An additional guest bedroom is also located on the second floor with a spacious Queen bedroom with en-suite

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).

 1 dog up to 30# is welcome to join you on vacation with required additional pet fees 

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass:  3
    The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
 LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths,  boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

There is non-refundable pet fee which is added to the cost of the rental if bringing your dog.
 

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

 

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
