This great townhome has been renovated inside & out and top to bottom. The floor to ceiling windows in the living and dining area let in plenty of Seabrook sunshine and have views of the beautiful live oak trees that abound on Seabrook. This villa is very close to Pelican Beach where you can enjoy gentle waves while watching the sunset over the Edisto River. Continue walking down the sands to the oceanfront beaches, Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest oceanfront, outdoor dining, and the clubhouse for golf and dining.
Head up the new front steps of the villa and find a welcoming front porch. This is the perfect place for grilling, outdoor dining or afternoon cocktails. Head through the new front door and brush off the stress of everyday life, vacation time begins. This townhome has hardwood floors in the living areas and many stylish updates throughout the house. Large windows run along one full side of the villa. The living room has large comfortable sofas and the chair is perfect for curling up with a great book! There is a 65" Smart TV for watching your favorite shows. The ceilings are vaulted making this room spacious. In the dining area is a large table with 6 sea grass chairs. The dining space is open to both the living area and the kitchen. For added seating at the breakfast bar are two bar stools. The kitchen is open to the dining area and features white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous quartz counter tops. In the kitchen the owners have left you fully stocked: an Instapot, a crockpot, blender, Keurig and drip coffee maker.
Off the living area is the guest bedroom featuring a queen bed. This room features hardwood floors, a comfy reading chair and a Smart TV. A glass sliding door off this room leads out to the front porch deck. Accessible from the hall is a full bath with a tiled walk-in shower featuring a rain head and quartz topped vanity. The master bedroom en-suite is upstairs. This retreat has a king bed, access to a private sun deck, and a beautiful bath. There is a Smart TV and plenty of dresser and closet space. The bath has an updated vanity with a quartz counter top and a modern tiled walk-in shower with glass doors. From this bedroom head out to your balcony with new Trex decking and Adirondack chairs. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee as you plan the day ahead of you.
The first floor has a laundry/utility closet. Here you have access to the stacked washer/dryer, vacuum, and storage. On the front porch is a propane Weber grill. Feel free to bring along the family pup (additional pet fees apply).

Coastal Getaways is including 2 passes per property at no charge to guests.
- Additional gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Remember – 2 passes are included in your rent. We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
