Relax and immerse in the beauty of Seabrook Island and elevate your stay at our Spinnaker Beach Villa. Our stylish and comfortable 3 bedroom and 2 full bath end unit is a prime location just a short walk, (just across the street) to soft sandy beaches with captivating sunset views and dolphin sightings. Languish amongst the palmettos and walking distance to the beach with views of the 18th hole on Seabrook Island’s Crooked Oaks Championship Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr, which is one of two golf courses on the island. Our villa is also a short stroll to the Island Club House with formal and casual dining, and the golf pro shop. The Beach Club is adjacent to the Island Club House and has a gorgeous outdoor pool and the Pelican’s Nest restaurant and Osprey Café with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Seabrook Island has one of the longest, widest and expansive beach shorelines in the Carolina Coast with almost 4 miles of pristine sandy beaches to explore. North Beach is a favorite spot for locals to watch the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Pelican Beach, also known as Sunset Beach, is a peaceful and idyllic place for young children to frolic in the gentle waves. The Sands at the Beach Club is where all the fun begins with oceanfront pools and a full-service bar and restaurant. Just imagine yourself sitting on your beach chair, relaxing and enjoying the view of sunrise and sunsets.

Guests have access to the Seabrook Island Club Facilities with outdoor swimming pools, fitness center(including fitness pool), golf courses, equestrian center and restaurants. Amenity cards are available for purchase. There are additional fees for use of amenities.

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

• Seabrook Island is a private community with 24/7 guard gate access control.
