Our well appointed villa is meticulously maintained and updated. Sunny eat-in designer kitchen with serene views of coastal palm trees, formal and informal dining areas, screened porch, 2 story living room comfortably appointed with lots of seating, wall mounted HDTV, master bedroom on the main level and full size laundry/utility room. The master bedroom features a king size bed with recently updated coastal furniture, designer bedding, spacious closets and a wall mounted, flat panel TV. Recently updated full bath with ceramic tile, glass doors and cottage style bath vanity with lots of storage!
On the upper level, guests will enjoy two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, TV and private deck where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of our beautiful island. The other bedroom features a queen bed, skylights and plantation shutters. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans. The second floor bathroom features a tile shower and oversize vanity. Our WIFI provider is Xfinity.
All furnishings and appliances are continuously remodeled and updated. We even have a minifridge in the utility room and Edison lights on the rocking chair screened porch! There is no comparison in price, size, decor and updates to any other Spinnaker villa on Seabrook Island! A charcoal grill is available under the villa for guest use.
**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
The Club Amenity Card allows you and your guests access to Seabrook Island's stunning, low country Beach Club and Lake House with two oceanfront pools newly remodeled for the 2020 season, incredible oceanside bar and grill with sweeping views of Pelican Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, fine and casual dining and Seabrook Island's award winning golf courses are all just steps away from our beautiful villa. State of the art fitness center with exercise classes. fitness equipment, indoor/outdoor pools and basketball court are also available for guest use. way! Our villa offers resort style living at its best!

Seabrook Island is located just one mile from Kiawah Island, Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village Marketplace, an island style shopping, dining and recreation complex. Historic downtown Charleston is a 22 mile drive from our villa.
