The 2nd bedroom is also on the first level and has a queen bed, an HDTV an adjoining, updated bath (also accessible from the hall) with a shower/tub.
Head upstairs to the loft that has 2 twin beds and desk with a TV and DVD player. The loft nook overlooks the living room and offers space to read or play a game on the small table for two. Sliding doors lead to a deck with chairs. Catch the sun's rays or watch the stars shine at night. The view of the lush marsh is breathtaking no matter what time of year you are here. There is an outdoor patio with with chairs and table facing a large grassy area for playing yard games. There is also an outdoor shower for your use after a day at the beach.
While peaceful and serene, this home is also conveniently located to so many of Seabrook's amenities. It is only a matter of steps to the recently improved Sealoft community pool. A short walk takes you to the beach boardwalk with miles of beach and the beautiful Atlantic. The Beach Club pools, Seabrook Island Club, Pelican's Nest restaurant and golf courses are only a half-mile away.
**As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL (legally 2 Bedroom + loft)
We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
Bring the family dog (up to 30lbs) too! An additional pet fee to apply.

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
