This beautiful, uncrowded, gated community is perfect for a getaway with family and friends. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, biking, lounging by the neighborhood pool - just steps from the front door - walking along the beach or riding the waves. The ocean is a short stroll from the house!

Sealofts boast an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with three decks to enjoy the sunshine from. 929 Sealoft has a lovely marsh view from any of the decks. The fully equipped kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with Corian countertops, updated cabinets and appliances, and tile flooring. Freshly painted, the living room has plenty of seating for the entire family, an HDTV/DVD player, games, cards and a variety of books for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, adjoining bathroom with a shower, and sliding glass doors leading to one of three decks. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub. Upstairs in the loft (open to the living room below) is two twin beds. The sun deck is the perfect retreat for star gazing at night or sunning during the day.This home offers bed accommodations for six people. 

Walk to the neighborhood pool or to the beach via Boardwalk 3A. Ride your bike 1/2 mile to the Beach Club pools, dining at the clubhouse or Pelican's Nest, or golf. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent.  These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis.  Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

This home is also dog friendly. Up to (1) dog is welcome to join!  Additional fee to apply.

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL (the loft is not considered a legal bedroom per the Town or County).
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
 

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.


For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
