Come relax on Seabrook Island's 3 1/2 miles of pristine, unspoiled white sand beaches. Watch the dolphins frolicking in the water, search for seashells while strolling along the waters edge, or just check out the abundance of wildlife throughout the island. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, biking,lounging by the pool which is steps away from your villa, or ride the waves on your boogie boards in the ocean, a short stroll from your door.Enjoy the beautiful view of the lagoon and golf course from one of the three decks on your villa. Highlights in this bright and cheery cottage include an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, Pergo flooring, three bedrooms (loft has been enclosed but doesn't have a separate door at the top of the stairs), and an extra bathroom in the 2nd floor bedroom. In the family room you will find a TV, VCR/DVD player, stereo/CD player and numerous movies to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the conveniences you'll need including granite counter tops, and a combination Regular Brew and Keurig coffee maker. There is a full bathroom accessible from the hall and the 2nd bedroom.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a TV, and a full bath attached. The second bedroom boasts a full-sized bed with a single bunk bed over it, and another single bed in the room. This room also has a DVD player, board games, puzzles, cards for the kids on rainy days! The adjoining full bath has a shower/tub. Upstairs the loft has been converted into a private bedroom. The loft upstairs has been enclosed but there is no door at the top of the stairs, for the 3rd bedroom with 2-twin beds and access to a deck overlooking the lagoon and golf course. **Please note the washer and dryer are in the pedestal room below.
EXTRAS available for your use boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs and umbrella, crabbing lines, a beach cart to haul your items, sand toys and a variety of sporting equipment. There is a gas grill for your use too.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
This gated community is a perfect getaway to relax and enjoy with your family and friends. There is a large variety of restaurants in the area for your dining pleasure, an array of golf courses nearby, and Bohicket Marina is just outside the gate for boat rentals, kayaking, and fishing charters! So bring your family, leave your hectic life behind, and relax and enjoy yourselves on Seabrook Island!
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
