This adorable villa is ready for your family! 953 is located on 11th fairway of the Ocean Winds Golf Course on Seabrook Island. The Sealoft neighborhood pool is just across the street! A short walk to the boardwalk at the end of Sealoft Villa Drive, leads you to the beautiful Seabrook beach. The villa has two bedrooms downstairs and a loft bedroom upstairs with a full bath bathroom. Three decks offer opportunities to view the activities taking place on the golf course including the wildlife watching. The first deck is your front porch and has a dining table and chairs. The perfect spot for lunch or evening cocktails!
Enter the villa and find an inviting open floor plan. The villa has wood laminate flooring, vaulted ship-lapped ceilings, and plenty of windows to let in the natural light. The kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator and plenty of gadgets for the discerning chef in the family! The dining table seats six comfortably. In the great room a wall of windows let in plenty of natural light. There is a 50" Smart TV for your relaxation time. The owners have ample furniture for you to kick back and relax.
The primary bedroom sits just beyond the great room. This en-suite makes a great retreat at the end of a fun day. A large King bed awaits your dream filled nights. There is a 32" Roku TV. The private bath has a granite topped vanity and large walk-in shower. A door leads out to the private viewing deck. Grab a cup of coffee and hang out in your Adirondack chairs on the deck each morning. A guest bedroom is also on the first floor. This bedroom has a king bed and 32" Roku TV. The full hall bath with a tub/shower combo sits just outside this bedroom. Tucked under the stairs is the laundry closet: a stacked washer and dryer are available for your use. Head up the stairs to the loft. This space is a great spot to get away from the action. Two twin beds, a 32" Roku TV, and a desk complete this space. Head out to the private deck, with two chaise lounges - a perfect spot to soak up the afternoon sun!. The loft has a full bath with walk-in shower.
Below the villa is the patio. A great spot for grilling or golf course watching. The golfers will be putting out on the green. Views stretch up and down the 11th fairway. Wash away the beach sand under the outdoor shower. Across the street from this neighborhood is Boardwalk 3, a straight shot down to North Beach. You are also an easy bike ride to the main Beach Club area. Here you will find the island's two 18-hole golf courses, two beach front pools and Pelican's Nest outdoor dining. At the top of Seabrook Island is the Racquet Center: with 15 Har-Tru tennis courts and Pickleball Courts, The Equestrian Horse Center, and the Lake House's outdoor pool and fitness center.

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants
Sealoft Villas have their own community pool you are welcome to use.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
In the event that the Mayor of Seabrook Island issues a mandatory evacuation, a prorated refund will be provided for the nights affected. Please note that this policy applies only to official evacuation orders and does not cover other weather-related travel disruptions. To protect your trip against unforeseen weather events, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance
