PLEASE NOTE: Some Regime Associations do not allow any rental LSVs. Must have a valid drivers license to operate on Seabrook Island. Golf carts are not allowed on Seabrook Island roads. Low Voltage Vehicles are allowed. They must have a license plate, seatbelts, rear view mirrors, tail lights, and must travel 35 mph.
