The en suite master bath is very luxurious and features a double sinks and a large tiled shower. The large walk-in closet will easily store your clothing. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed with TV and access to the screened porch. The hall bathroom has a double sink vanity and shower/tub. The 3rd bedroom on this level has a set of twin bunk beds. There is a twin trundle bed that pulls out allowing 3 guests to sleep in this room comfortably. The kids will love this special space. A laundry closet holds a full sized HE washer and dryer.
Step onto the screened porch that runs the length of the home. Shaded by Live Oaks and Loblolly Pines, it has views to Mallard Lake. Sip cool drinks around the table for four or relax on the wicker sofa and chairs while watch the deer forage through the underbrush and the egrets fish for their dinner. This lovely home is also very convenient to the Lake House facilities, tennis courts, Equestrian Center, and crab/kayak docks. Ride your bikes to the bike path to Bohicket Marina or Freshfields Village. North Beach is a short 2 mile ride from this home.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. Extras in this home include beach chairs (4), beach toys, and an outdoor shower.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
