Welcome to 2565 The Haul Over, a stunning coastal getaway located in the heart of Seabrook Island, SC. Open the door and find a stunning open floor plan with meticulous decorating! The great room has plenty of comfortable furniture for the family to gather - be entertained watching the 65" Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops. Enjoy meals in the spacious dining area, with seating for 6. Or take advantage of the outdoor grill and dine al fresco on the uncovered deck. The screen porch has a vaulted ceiling with sky-lights, and ceiling fans ushering in the low-country breezes. For those needing to work from home or just seeking some down time, the den is a great retreat. It also offers overflow sleeping on the Queen sofa sleeper.

The home features three en-suite bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, an en-suite bath, and direct access to the deck. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, en-suite bath, and Smart TV, with the second bedroom also offering deck access. Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

This property has 2 exterior cameras- one at the front entry and one facing the parking.

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

In the event that the Mayor of Seabrook Island issues a mandatory evacuation, a prorated refund will be provided for the nights affected. Please note that this policy applies only to official evacuation orders and does not cover other weather-related travel disruptions. To protect your trip against unforeseen weather events, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance
