This sought-after dog friendly end unit sits just across the street from the beach, offering easy access to the Clubhouse, golf courses, and the Club pool. Spend your days lounging on pristine beaches, with Walkway #9 on the North Edisto River just a 4-minute stroll away, or opt for a scenic drive down to Walkway #1-7 on the oceanside. The choice is yours!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom end unit boasts three decks and a charming screened porch off the kitchen, perfect for enjoying the island breeze. Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen while the bright open floor plan of the dining room and living room invites relaxation, featuring a new sectional sofa and a 50” HDTV equipped with Xfinity and ROKU. The master bedroom, conveniently located on the first level, offers a king-sized bed, a ROKU television, and access to the screened porch. The updated bathroom features a tub/shower combination for your convenience. Upstairs, the second level has been updated with two queen-sized beds, a ROKU television, and access to two patios nestled under the shade of majestic oaks. After a day of fun at the beach, unwind in the en suite bathroom, completing your perfect island retreat.

Play a round of golf, tennis, pickleball or just come relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Seabrook Island. This is a wonderful villa just a short walk to the Club pools and your toes in the sand.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires its own dedicated gate pass and counts toward your maximum limit of 2 vehicles. A gate pass is strictly required for all LSVs, even if the vehicle is driven exclusively inside the neighborhood gates and never leaves the community.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements:
SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Once you arrange access through the Seabrook Island Club Amenity Office via the link we provide, your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free after SIC Amenity access is set up: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra after Amenity access is set up : Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA).
Outdoor Pool: Complimentary access with QR code
Fitness Center, Group Fitness Classes Indoor Pool: Available at a daily rate of $15 per person per day.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.

In the event that the Mayor of Seabrook Island issues a mandatory evacuation, a prorated refund will be provided for the nights affected. Please note that this policy applies only to official evacuation orders and does not cover other weather-related travel disruptions. To protect your trip against unforeseen weather events, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance STR25-000356
