The sofa opens to a bed to accommodate extra guests. Dine around the table that seats four while savoring the view of the water. The open kitchen ensures that even the chef can see the water's reflection. Cook on new appliances in this updated kitchen. Highlights include Corian countertops, white cabinetry, and a washer/dryer tucked in the laundry closet.
This first floor, end unit Pelican Watch Villa is perfectly located on Seabrook Island. Featuring one of the best panoramic views of Seabrook Island's gorgeous waterfront landscape, it also offers all the comforts of home. It has been remodeled and boasts an updated kitchen, tile flooring, and appliances. Step off the deck to the boardwalk leading to Pelican Beach. Bring your chair and a cool drink to the beach and watch the sunset turn the sky bright orange each evening. You will relax the minute you arrive at this lovely home.
Off the hall is a full bath with a shower making it perfect for your guests. Continue down the hall to the master suite. The master bedroom has a king size bed, HDTV, and adjoining full bath with a tub/shower. Not only is this villa in the ideal location, it is also pet friendly. If you are traveling with your four legged friend, an additional pet fee to apply. Extras in the villa include wifi, linens, towels (please bring your own beach towels), beach sand chairs and 2 beach cruisers (Covered at bike rack marked with 2 orange markings).
* As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards allowing access to the Club amenities -- Beach Club pools (seasonal), Pelican Nest oceanfront dining (seasonal), the Island House dining, two championship golf courses, and 15 Har Tru tennis courts -- are included with your rental. Venture to the Tennis Center or Equestrian Center and arrange lessons, court time, or a trail or beach ride. There is no charge to use the Beach Club pools except for a $5 towel fee, however, you are responsible for your dining, golf, tennis, or horse activities. The Lake House, Seabrook's property owner's facility, invites you to use its outdoor pool (no fee) and fitness center/indoor pool (fees apply). During the summer there is a full slate of activities on Seabrook, at Freshfields, or Bohicket Marina for young and old alike. Or take a ride to Charleston (25 miles) and enjoy our beautiful city and all it has to offer.

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
