The master bedroom is on the 1st level with a king bed, updated en suite bath with tub/shower combo and HDTV.  Step out to the deck and be amazed by the views of the marsh as they stretch out toward Bohicket Creek. 

The living room area features a queen sleeper sofa, large HDTV and access to the deck and screened porch.  Once again your focus will be drawn to the natural beauty of Seabrook Island and all it's treasures.  Some of the best moments might be spent in anticipation of the incredible sunsets each night.

The kitchen is updated and fully stocked with all the necessities including white cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances.   The dining room area comfortably seats 6.  There is a gas grill for all your favorite BBQ recipes.  The villa also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, en suite bath with tub/shower combo. and HDTV.

Seabrook Island is a private welcoming oceanfront community just miles from historic Charleston, SC. Completely immersed in natural splendor, the coastal barrier island is home to lush maritime forest, serene marshes and pristine beaches. Seabrook Island’s residents and guests also enjoy some of the East Coasts best recreation facilities. 

**  Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards are available for purchase if you wish to have access to the Seabrook Island Club facilities. You must have the amenity card for access.   Facilities include the outdoor, oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant, Island House restaurants, golf, tennis, Lake House indoor/outdoor pool/fitness center and horseback riding.  .  Additional fees are charged for all other activities.  

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
 
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
