Seabrook is a private gated island community with 3 miles of pristine, white sandy beaches. It is a wonderful place for family and friends to get together. 

The house has been freshly painted throughout, new bedding, linens and towels have been added. The first floor offers an open space living room, dining room with seating for up to 10 people, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances and hardwoods throughout. Enjoy comfortable seating on the front veranda. The back deck is great for morning coffee or grilling dinner after a day at the beach. A gas grill is available for your use.  The living area features a fireplace and a wide screen 55-inch Smart HDTV, and Blue-ray DVD. The luxurious Master bedroom on the first floor has a king size bed, large flat screen TV, bath with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower and dual sinks. Upstairs are two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, each with an HDTV, joined by a spacious “Jack and Jill” bathroom with private shower/tub room. The front bedroom features a French-door walk out balcony with rocking chairs, high above the neighborhood.

In the garage you will find bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, fishing/crabbing nets, coolers and more for your use. This property is pet friendly. Up to (2) dogs welcome! Additional fees apply.

*As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
  • Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The island has two very challenging golf courses. Ocean Winds designed by Willard Byrd and Crooked Oaks designed by Robert Trent Jones.

The home is within walking distance to the Seabrook’s Racquet Club and Equestrian Centers as well as the Lake House facilities.  It's a short bike ride on a paved path to the nearby Marina and Freshfields Village. These two spots offer guests of the island a variety of restaurants, shops, full-scale grocery store and medical facilities, which enhance the appeal of this island oasis. Only a 7 minute drive takes you to the beach, which has public parking, if you wish. It is a scenic, paved, 15 minute bike ride.

In addition to the quiet beach life of Seabrook Island, historic Charleston, the number one tourist destination in America is only a 30 minute drive. It is a city that offers the arts and entertainment, shopping, delicious 'low country' dining, carriage rides, the old market, Rainbow Row, and many national historic sites.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.


For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
