Spacious & Comfortable Accommodations
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers a bright and airy layout, perfect for making vacation memories with family and friends.

• Stocked Kitchen – Featuring tile flooring, Corian countertops, and an island with seating for two, it’s a great spot to sip your morning coffee. Sliding doors lead out to a large screened porch with a dining table for six—perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air. An electric grill is available for cookouts.
• Inviting Living & Dining Areas – The open-concept space boasts cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, bringing in natural light and scenic views. The cozy seating area includes a couch, loveseat, and chairs to gather around the flat-screen TV. The dining table seats six, with additional outdoor dining space for four on the screened porch.
• Multiple Outdoor Spaces – Two decks and a screened porch provide plenty of options to soak up the island breeze.

Comfortable Bedrooms for Restful Nights

• First-Floor Bedroom – Queen bed plus a daybed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Sliding glass doors open to the screened porch with additional seating.
• Second-Floor Guest Bedroom – Queen bed with deck access, sharing a spacious master bath featuring a large vanity, water closet, and tiled walk-in shower.
• Master Bedroom (Second Floor) – King bed, TV, and a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle.

 Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

• Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
• MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass:   3
  The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths,  boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE with this rental. 
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Once you purchase & arrange access through the Seabrook Island Club Amenity Office via the link we provide, your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases.  Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities. 
What's Included after SIC Amenity access is purchased & set up: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra after Amenity access is purchased & set up : Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA). Lake House Only access can also be set up for this property, if the renter does not want to purchase SIC Amenity Access via the link we provide.
Outdoor Pool: Complimentary access with QR code once access is set up
Fitness Center, Group Fitness Classes Indoor Pool: Available at a daily rate of $15 per person per day with QR code once access is set up


Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. 

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. 

In the event that the Mayor of Seabrook Island issues a mandatory evacuation, a prorated refund will be provided for the nights affected. Please note that this policy applies only to official evacuation orders and does not cover other weather-related travel disruptions. To protect your trip against unforeseen weather events, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance
